The Conway Chamber of Commerce Women’s Power Lunch series will host a special round table discussion on Friday, September 17, featuring four courageous women finding their strength while battling cancer. Kay Alford, Deborah Butler, Sharon Moody, and Marsha Quillen will share the stories and secrets found while on their journey, as well as define their new meaning of life beginning at 12 p.m. in the Kline Hospitality Suite at Coastal Carolina University. The round table discussion will be facilitated by Martha Hunn, Director of News and Public Affairs for Coastal Carolina University.
Lunch is $10 per person, including tax and gratuity, and will be catered by Aramark. Parking will be available in the Teal Lot at Brooks Stadium. Carpooling is encouraged due to anticipated parking limitations.
The Chamber’s newest program, the Women’s Power Lunch series is designed to reach out to the businesswomen of this great community to inspire and empower them to move mountains, to make a difference, to commit to excellence. On the 3rd Friday of each month, we will meet at a local establishment for lunch and listen as one of our dynamic speakers delivers a power-packed message focusing on insights, best kept secrets, best practices, and anything and everything she knows that she feels we ought to know.
Please RSVP by contacting the Conway Chamber office as soon as possible at 248-2273.
